How long does delivery take and what are the costs?
We offer several shipping options including Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) and Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 9pm. Shipping costs vary depending on the service selected and your location; these are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but if not, you can return items within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and certain intimates cannot be returned.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your parcel's journey.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Clearpay for eligible customers.
How do I know which size to order?

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
